Is held annually in the month of March. It attracts huge crowds to the different stages along Beach Road and Bali Hai Pier, and presents several styles of music performed by Thai and international artists.
The Pattaya Songkran Festival
Locally called Wan Lai, takes place each year in mid April. It differs from most other Songkran festivals of Thailand in several aspects. It lasts several days longer and, besides the water throwing, the event includes beauty pageants, musical performances, cultural shows, fireworks, and water sports competition.
The Miss Tiffany Universe
Is a beauty contest for transgendered people that is held in mid-May in Pattaya in the Kingdom of Thailand. It has taken place annually since 2004. The Miss Tiffany’s Universe contest held once a year is receiving more attention especially since it is broadcast live on National Thai television with an average of 15 million viewers. Thailand use this pageant to promote Pattaya as a resort city and to improve Pattaya’s image abroad. Tiffany’s Show also take part into charity events for the less fortunate within the local community and to support The Royal Sponsored AIDS Foundation; a charity program. The goal of this contest is to promote Pattaya as an international tourist destination and to show the beaches of Pattaya bay.

Chonburi Buffalo Races
Held around the 11th lunar month -normally in October, is a hotly contested series of sprints across on an open space in front of the town’s municipal offices. Clouds of dust rise as these hefty animals pound down the short course at an alarming speed, reminiscent of a stampede. The crowd roars in support of the favorites and the atmosphere is as enthralling as watching thoroughbred race horses; admittedly, a bit slower than race horses, the buffaloes are no slouches when it comes to making a short dash for glory.
Pattaya Windsurfing Cup
Water sports enthusiasts will be in their element with the start of the Pattaya Windsurfing Cup at Jomtien Beach. This Windsurfing Association of Thailand and Pattaya City Club ran event promises to wet the appetite of extreme sports lovers from across the Kingdom. Pattaya has long been a popular water sport destination where people come to wax their boards, squeeze into a wetsuit and plunge head first into the crystal waters just off the Eastern Seaboard. Thousands of revelers will converge on Jomtien to either partake in the event or simply observe the festivities. The event brings together a mixture of professional and amateur windsurfers whose love for the sport is unconditional.
Bang Saen Speed Festival
Is the biggest event in the motor sports history of Thailand. Held at the end of every year, Bangsaen Speed Festival is an international street circuit. The event offers the best of drivers, teams and racing cars. The event has class racing cars like Formula BMW Asia and Formula Renault. Motorbike sports are also held.
